Fourteen Seconds Off

I've started running again.

Doing short to 3 km runs for the past week.

I've stared my diet of no rice but I have to be honest there have been a couple of occasions that could not be avoided.

But I feel great.

I just want to get fit and shed the weight that I have gained over the year.

Today I managed to shave off 14 seconds of my time from yesterday.

I ran the same route today and I know I can get faster.

But I want to run longer.

I need to do more training and watch my calorie intake.
