I am back in the gym after a long break. I continued running outdoors but I admit I Miss running on the treadmill. This is my second time back and I am still trying to get back into the routine. Its like starting all over again only this time I know what to do. But I have this annoying stiffness on my right calf. I hope this does not hinder my training. Managed to do 4.5 km at the half hour mark. Speed started at 7.5 and increased at .5 at every 5 minutes. I am about to hit the cycling machine and then to my sit ups. Its good to be back. :)

Getting it back
