Five K

My goal was to do a five kilometre run this morning. I thought my goal was unrealistic after I felt a cramp intensifying at the twenty minute mark. But I wanted to push myself because I wanted to see progress. Its now One week since I started going back to the gym. My target next week is to increase my pace to shorten my time to do a 5 k run and then I will work on my long distance run. Have a nice weekend ahead :) I know I will be looking forward to this weekend. :)
