The air was cool and signs of rain were evident. The stadium was slowly filling up as fans of DPMM FC geared up to watch their favourite team take on Pahang.
A shocking result ofr DPMM FC to go down two goals by half time. The HB Stadium has been a fortress this season and I reckon the last time DPMM FC lost on home ground was last season. Fans were still positive as DPMM FC piled pressure in the last 15 minutes of the first half in search of a goal.
Three minutes from time and Pahang scores the killer blow with a marvelous third goal. Fans of DPMM FC quickly cleared the stadium as if the final whistle has been blown and 'bombs away' as signs of frusrations from a very hard defeat on home turf.
By this time, we annoyed me was some of the 'Ball boys' nearly got hit by some of the 'missiles'. Please can we not be civilised and not throw bottles. It is stated at the back of the ticket and I am sure many know that bottles are not allowed inside the stadium. If one is frustrated at the score line then just scream your lungs out. That is what I did. I screamed!!
Final score: Top MSL scorer, Shahrazen #22, scored a wonder goal by dribbling the ball from the half way line and jinked past three defenders before slotting the ball home to save face.
