My initial determination to do another 60 minute run and beat yesterday's feat was undermined by a sharp left knee pain and my right calf tightening.
I pushed myself to complete a 6 km run. At 4 km my knee really wanted to give up. So I walked at 5.5 for 8 minutes.
I am compensating the remining 20 minutes by racing on Cybex The Bike.
