Perhaps I'm just naive and haven't been reading the paper or watching the news but the sign is too small. Not unless You look up or drive a tall 4x4 car. I was waiting to be served and the lady told me its only meant for non local registered cars. I thought I would share it with you. This is the filling station in Gadong next to the green building. This booth is the one on the furthest end near the office. Have a nice day peeps
