It has been a week since my last visit to the gym. Today when I woke up I was determined to do a 60 minute run. I am happy to report that I managed to complete a 9 K run in 59.13 minutes. Alhamdulillah.
Today I did the first 40 minutes at an incline of 0.2 and my speed ranged from 9.0 to 12.0.
I will weight myself later and see whether I have gained any weight since my absence from the gym. Have a nice Sunday to you.
