Pop Goes My Heart

Did you watch a movie today at the the Mall Cineplex?

My Fiance had a wonderful surprise today at the Cineplex. I had made a call around 2 p.m. to enquire about the Music & Lyrics movie. The girl who answered my call told me there was a 3.30 p.m. show and the only seats available were the the few front rows.
A trick My fiance have acquired is to buy tickets after the collection time. Which is usually 10 minutes before the movie. So If we wanted to change our seats we will go back to the counter to change our seats if we did not already get good seats. Mind you if this does not work do not blame me. I guess it was just pure luck.
Anyways by 3.10 we made our way up to the cineplex to find it full of people. It is a public holiday so who could blame them. We queued up and as we neared to counter the screen showed 'full' for the 3.30 p.m. Music & Lyrics movie. We wanted to ditch the line and go home but I was hopeful and told my fiance we'll just ask and if its really full we could watch another movie.
At the counter - the young lady clicked - the movie we wanted to watch and 'ba-da-bing-ba-da-boom' - four empty seats at row 'B'. We took two.
I have always been a big fan of 'Hugh Grant'. 'Drew Berrymore' did brilliantly in this movie.
I will not spill the beans - speaking of beans, Rowan Atkinson will be back as Mr Bean in a new movie out this year, its called 'Mr Bean's Holiday'.
The movie is a must watch. I had no idea Hugh Grant could sing so well. I have downloaded some of the songs off multiply and will be on the watch for the full album but I have downloaded two unforgetful songs from the movie.
Anyways the surprise today was the cost of the tickets. If I am not mistaken the cost of a movie ticket on a public holiday is $8. Or I must be mistaken. My Fiance and I only paid B$8 for our tickets. It was cheap and I think the manager of the Cineplex whom I know is Chinese must have been generous or I might have my movie ticket pricing wrong. But it was a nice surprise and Gong Xi Fa Chai to the owner of the Mall Cineplex.
P.s: I can not stop listening to 'Pop goes my heart' song. I will try to find the clip on YouTube and post it tomorrow.
