Sharing

In this month of Ramadhan, it is suppose to teach us to do so many things. Eventhough I am in the teaching profession I would like to share this with you.

I have been going on an exercise regime and I have experienced changes and the result is I have lost weight. Fasting is a good way of dieting and I have come across some interesting articles about fasting and dieting and I would like to share with you this article today.

Fasting does not mean one should be weak and not be able to do other things. One can still do light workout, i.e. play golf. =)
