All is fair in Love and War
The Blues, though one man short early in the second half, clinched the all important three points beating the visiting Reds by a wonder-goal by Didier Drogba.
Another big match was the team I support, MUFC, hosting the not-winless-anymore Gunners after a late Adebayour goal, five minutes from time, won them their first win of the season.
All good things must come to an end. MUFC started the league wonderfully and competiton is always good because it brings out the best in everyone. However I am bitterly disappointed by the quality of football displayed by Man U just now. With the Gunners sticking five in midfield, I figure their game plan worked because they won. Rooney & Co. was disappointing and it was Ronaldo who lost the ball in midfield which led to the winning goal by Adebayor. *Tsk*Tsk*tsk* Life was never fair.
At least I will not be worried about being verbally harrassed by my Liverpool supporting colleagues. *LoL*
1809
Eighteen September - 1809 is a very important date in my calender as today is the birthday of my youngest brother, Mas Mohammad Amirul Asyraf. He is six years old today and he is in KG2 at a private school in Bandar.
Being the youngest in the family, he will be the most pampered. Biasa la, anak Bungsu andang jua kana manja. I kind of spoiled him myself. I like buying him stuff; I buy him clothes, stationary, shoes and books. But nda jua ku dulur banar la. *LoL*
He is so lucky because he has eveything a young boy wants. Basically anything he asks for and his own PS2 or video game.
He has seen me clean my golf clubs and I sometimes practice my putting at home and he loves watching. So I got him a kids golf set -made of plastic at a superstore which only cost me $5.50. Now he can play golf as well. *LoL*
As much as it is hard to find my fiance a birthday gift for her birthday, finding a gift for Asyraf will by no means be an easy feat. He is choosey - I think he learnt that from me. *My Bad*
Happy birthday Asyraf. Abang loves You so much. You mean the world to me even though Abang is rarely around for you.
